Yours runs the whole day, with every vendor's arrival and set-up time beside it.
You've done the hard part — the venue is booked, the vendors are chosen. What's left is the piece couples always underestimate: making the day itself actually run. Beginning one month before your wedding and continuing through the wedding day, I'll build the timeline, confirm every vendor, and hand you the pack whoever is running your wedding needs in their hands. Ask me anything while I work.
You tell me what's already booked
Your venue, your vendors, the times you've been given, the parts you're still unsure about. However messy it is right now is fine.
I build the run of show
Minute by minute, from hair and makeup through to last dance — with the buffers a real coordinator leaves in, not a pretty template.
I confirm every vendor
Arrival times, set-up windows, load-in details and what each of them still needs from you — written down, chased and kept current.
You hand over the pack
A print-ready hand-off pack for your venue manager, your MC or whoever's running the day: the timeline, the contacts, the counts, the contingencies.
What it costs
$24.50 CAD one-time
One payment, never a subscription. Professional coordination support beginning one month before your wedding and continuing through the wedding day. If you later decide you'd like me to take on the whole wedding, this payment covers your first month of Full Coordination, counted from the day you pay it.
This is your coordination done properly on paper and kept current right up to the day — it doesn't include someone physically on site.
